Gluten Free Artichoke Spinach Dip

Gluten Free Artichoke Spinach Dip 

1 can Artichokes, cut up

8 oz. Cheddar Cheese

Green Onions, chopped

1 Cup Sour Cream

½ Cup Cottage Cheese

½ tsp Garlic, minced

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper

¼ bag of Spinach

Combine all ingredients, melt in microwave and stir. Cook in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Serve with chips.
