I was diagnosed with Celiac disease over 7 years ago. I grew up with this disease as my mom was diagnosed in 1981. My moms diet was so restrictive and when I was diagnosed I said I was not going to live that way. I was going to find out as much as I could and every day I find more and more gluten free information!
